the pool was kinda small and it didn't offer free breakfast like some the other places.

was actually cheaper than my reservation at the sandestin golf and beach resort (which is a (+)location, very easy to go to the beach, golf course & dine. (-)the bikes/golf carts were not available to rent if you were not staying in the homes (+) i was shocked not knowing it was near the water and the golf resort (+) golf and tennis courts (-) so, i was not prepared for golf carts to and from the property, and lots of people (-)no directions to the marina for easy collection of perks attributable to resort fees (bicycle, golf, kayak etc (+)property seems great if you love to golf, bike or play tennis (+)liked the golf resort and that the hotel was near the bay wharf (-) this hotel is in a resort with other hotels, condos, a residential community, a golf course, etc

the rooftop bar doesn't allow outside food/drink so it can get a little pricey

the beds/mattresses were adequate, the linens clean and the kitchen fairly well equipped for a beach unit

could of had some extra trash bags in kitchen 2bags for 3 days

clean, super fast to check in, breakfast was decent and the indoor heated pool was amazing

had to ask for towels for pool each time, but we also understand there could be staffing issues

that we paid over $200 for something to do with the property, yet the restaurant, store and bar were closed

across the street and this was right on the beach so it was perfect to go from our room,beach,pool etc

they have pool out front. it's clean. it's close to everything.

we washed a load of laundry at the hotel but the dryer was out of order

i always stay at the hampton hotels because of the pillows and breakfast

the overall hotel setup was so neat with the mini golf course and tiki hut/bar right outside our hotel room

for a place that certainly seemed family friendly

they have little activities on site like mini golf, which was also nice having small kids

within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, pier, shops, waffle house, and putt putt golf

clean and neat and had ample parking. great view of the beach and the golf.

a maintenance man parked his golf cart behind our car, when we ask him would he move it, he just looked at us

my kids and i have no complaints!! we loved it!!

we were placed next to the gym which is open 24 hours and i could hear the treadmill pretty much the entire stay

the upper deck beach bar had better hours and was open when it was suppose to be according to signage

very nice pool out back too

the pool was great, and they had water bottle refill stations too which was great
