the staff, but check in went smoothly and they called me to say that my room was available for early check in

the staff were kind and they allowed us a early check in which was very kind of them

you did not have to pay for such as water bottles, sugar, oil for cooking, some basic snacks for kids

amazingly they got that together and we were able to have a hostess gift to take to our kids house

golf,1st time in many many yeears

one of the few hotels that is soo worth the cost. amazing golf course, food and everything else

it s a magnificent hotel and golf resort!

we played golf on the property and loved the layout of the course and beautiful valley view on every hole

loved everything from the atmosphere all around, the golf course, the activities to the restaurants and people working there

rooms were awesome pool and jacuzzi awesome tub in room excellent, staff breakfast also fabulous, loved it

central to downtown, quaint and relaxing! the room came with a spa tub which was great!

the stain glass, the tiling of the stairs and the walls, the pool and spa area

location, easy walk to most local spots and wish i did not have to leave so early i missed on the breakfast

enjoyed the pool.

bathroom are clean and neat and spacious, the beds are comfy and the room is quiet, the swimming pool is clean and the water is warm and perfect

our room was well spaced and had nice towels, basic kitchen supplies, a fireplace, and lovely craftsmanship throughout

suite was just as described with a comfortable sitting room with fireplace, an well-equipped kitchenette and a bedroom with a very comfortable king bed

the kitchen came with no sharp knife or cutting board or sponge

the grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the kitchenette and coffee is a great plus

the staff were friendly and accommodating and i would recommend this hotel we played golf twice at soule park and it was just across the road

not intuitive and major letdown for me as i needed a shower after golf at soule park across the street

is just across the street from soule park golf course and just down the street from the city center

had stayed there years ago because it was close to golf

they offer a full breakfast, happy hour, coffee, tea and water all day and night

a nice park with swings and things for kids or just a place to walk or sit, less than a block away

we also appreciate the valet driver taking us to downtown in the hotels golf cart

two great golf courses

there are two great golf courses close and plenty of excellent restaurants and local shopping

best thing is that the hotel accomodates dogs as guests, also the room service was quick, food was delicious, the entire hotel is immaculately clean, the proximity

expensive and would like the pool open earlier with towels by the pool.

deadbolt on a door that doesn't close fully, some weird burns on the sheets and also stained, laundry is also stained

no laundry on site, referred to laundry next door in strip mall

we got upgraded to a bigger room with a new kitchen and new bathroom

asked for an early check in time and they were very accommodating

much better to put one large bed and a table /chairs in there ( or even a twin for kids…

some rooms have jet bath-spa tubs, so nice

were stains on the carpet, the kitchen and bathroom floors were so dirty that our feet turned black if we took our shoes

the room was large, clean and updated. low pet fee.

and they have a full kitchen

it was expected, but still it would be nice to publish information that pet fee is $25/night

hotel was steps away from the beach. hotel had a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

amazing place to stay with kids, or for a business

fitness centre was great as i was getting the marathon shuttle at 4am and could warm up

beds were comfy and the fitness center was nice.

ordered room service and didn't have a table large enough for two people to sit down for dinner

whirlpool/jets were not working in the spa.

spa was closed for renovation

spa was out of order

it also had a fitness room, that was great

pool and restaurant closed due to covid regulations

the outdoor pool was really heated and we were able to be there with the kids for a few hours, although the weather outside was cool

breakfast was good and the fitness room was nice everything was clean the pool and hot tub were also clean and nice the staff

beds in the double room are large, suitable for family with kids

free breakfast and big rooms.

covid-19 is still rampant, so it'll be a long time before we see a breakfast bar in a hotel again

ambiance was top notch- staff was very helpful and we had a nice time in the bar - we did know their may be others there that have departed- it was so lovely-

spa tub in room was amazing staff couldn't be nicer, genuinely friendly.

later after dinner we took a walk downtown and found a really cool little cider bar with entertainment

when i got out of the spa i cleaned up water on the floor with a towel and it was so filthy and sticky like the maids

a very few dish in the kitchen, there is no sponge and dishwasher liquid so you can not was your dish between two usage

we had a kitchen and fridge the room was big we slept good

came to relax and having the kitchen was a plus! very comforting.

especially since our grown kids have had to move back in

the staff (especially the breakfast crew) were welcoming, friendly, and helpful

of the street fair there were parking problems but the staff made special arraignments for us thank you soo much

the laundry facility is a coin op machine, which was disappointing

parking was a little difficult

staff were rolling carts past our room and doing laundry after we checked in and in the morning before check out
