the pool area was just ok

super cordial staff. very clean, comfortable,and lovely facilities. excellent breakfast.

the lodging and the breakfast were more than enough for our visit.

staff was unsure about pool closing times and breakfast buffet time.

the parking can be a bit of an issue. have to park next to the building.

hotel has a great workout facility with many options including a swimming pool, racket ball court and exercise machines

although we did not call to complain because it’s always good for kids to have fun

if you are looking for a pool it is not here

i didn’t like mainly was the toilets were made for little kids not adults

great staff, nice shower, great gym, free coffee/tea in the lobby 24 hours and very clean rooms

it's not a good smell, especially when your kids are around

love that the pool and hot tub are open til 1 am for adults

the kids ran up and down the hallways throughout the night they took over the pool diving when there

despite covid-19, my kids were able 2 swim safely & they provided a surprisingly good bagged breakfast because the buffet was not available

exceptional, but what stood out foremost was the fabulous personality and job performance of the breakfast ladies, i thought i was at a 5 star restaurant and hotel employee was such an inspiration

rooftop bar was super cool and the staff were friendly, my husband and i really like it for a night cap

the reveal bar on the sixth floor is to die for: great bartenders and a view of downtown minneapolis

fitness center was perfect for what was needed for only one night

wasnt open at all after breakfast during my stay due to covid and they also didnt have the bar

large pool heated to the right temperature.

were very accommodating and even opened the pool twice for my grandchildren before and after regular pool hours

the kids really enjoyed the pool.

for the facilities were good though i didn't get an opportunity to take advantage of either the gym or the pool

went to ask if i could take my breakfast to my room, and the nice young lady at the front desk said yes and noticed i didn't have

there isn’t a hot tub, just a pool.
