spa tub was broken to turn the water on/off and the hot water took to long to get hot the shower

the one part that really sucked is the jets didn’t work in our spa tub

the mirrors and lights were pretty dope as well as the spa tub

the laundry area was not available either that was very inconviont

gym was inoperable.

no pool, no gym, no breakfast, no sauna ,,,, no nothing

wrong and everything past the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, 1 ice machine worked and the laundry center was not at all clean or in working

place was horribly cleaned it stunk like old laundry exposed wires floors were sticky holes in the walls bathroom light didn’t have a switch

location slightly out, but free shuttle was a good service.

they offered me room service for breakfast, which took a long time and was only $15 of my 30/day

amenities included gym access (it s across the street), pool, refrigerator in room, and the most friendliest of staff (+)rooftop pool with bar is amazing (+) the pool area was amazing (+)the decor is gorgeous in all parts of the hotel and the rooftop pool sold me. (+)clean room, great pool, good food and drink. (+)beautiful hotel, absolutely loved the rooftop pool (+)rooftop bar and pool was amazing (-)only downside is that the pool closed at 7:30 at night (+)upstairs infinity pool was amazing (-)that the pool closed at 8 (+) stunning roof top pool with amazing sunset

during a high school cheer leader tournament so a lot of kids when i was trying to be romantic

i wanted to relax and read by the pool but there was a big party with a dj going on

staff were wonderful, pool was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable and a little funky

artwork throughout; reasonably priced breakfast (enzo's tacos) and dinner options; easy to walk many places in 20-30 minutes

staff was not informative of what came with the room the room service never answered we went down to resturant to order to be sent to room they over looked

the pool was great as well

our family really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the pool and the customer service.

check in experience with jessie joe, friendly and made our life so much easier by allowing us a late check out when he heard that our flight out was late the following evening

the water in the swimming pool is very turbid

plenty of restaurants /bars and the pool was so much fun

the security is just rude. and the pool hours need to to be extended.

kids loved indoor basketball court, pool table, golf, movie theater, and swimming pool

we checked in, the lady didn't tell us about the pool table, golf simulator, media room, etc

no bar and the golf simulator wasn’t working

the extras such as the basketball courts, virtual golf, and movie theater were really cool

it has been replaced with a golf simulator that was broken during our stay

the rooftop bar and the beyond comfortable bed!! this is a hotel worth staying in if visiting.
