laundry room was decent

there's a gym

they could use a few more breakfast items,,and the hot water in the shower had some issues

i used the gym which was small but accommodating

also had guest laundry services 10/10 would stay

entrance is on a busy roadway- difficulty entering/leaving parking

the breakfast was very good with cloth napkins and real glass plates and silverware

cafe and morton's are off the casino floor so we had to order in food from saratoga so our kids could eat

lack of room service.

the horse racing track, tennis, hiking, biking, swimming and golf are available

we needed to get to the concert next door and they drove us by golf cart. so nice.

location set in the middle of saratoga springs state park, with lovely championship golf course on site

we e!njoyed the grounds and the location. we used the golf course and the spa. both wonderful

limited no fruit , showing up in my credit charge for breakfast supposed to be included, no gym

was never told the gym was closed & there would be no breakfast

there was blood on the pillow. i had to call room service and get new pillow.

parking could be better but understandably there is not much that can be done to change that

i called after i got my car, and the woman at the front desk accommodated an early check in (about an hour early give or take)

their shuttle service runs 24/7 i think and they take people anywhere in a 3 mile radius

there was an rea where you could do laundry which was perfect for a long visit

the kids had a great time at the pool

coffee was good - breakfast was only ok compared to other marriott property offerings

mold was found in the kitchenette

the continental breakfast had a decent variety of choices

the kitchen area hadn’t even been wiped (food was on the counters) let alone cleaned

maybe have breakfast till 10 and pool open till 10pm.

said it had a breakfast and all it was was a granola bar and i had to get some orange juice out of machine and it was brown was a waste of
