beautiful location with a great beach and golf course. the cappuccino’s were amazing.

also, there is a nice restaurant at the golf course club house with great food as well ( restaurant la paloma)

is great obviously they have a real chef golf course is an unexpectedly good tract - we have had the it almost to ourselves the last few

lovely place, however, beautiful beach and we enjoyed lounging by the pool side

dislike that the pools tile was coming apart most of us cut accidentally when getting out

ceptionist told us that the water would be fixed, we waited 7 hours, still wasn t fixed - pool was under maintenance

the place is quiet and has a great pool

the hotel has a magnificent pool scene and bar that makes it difficult to want to go anywhere else

the bar across the street to loud. we couldn’t sleep music too loud.

second night we did the same only this time we were told that was not allowed only drinks from bar area which i didn’t like but understood

hotel is in a good location with nice beach and good restaurant travelled with the family and the kids were very happy with all the services, the swimming pool and the beach we’d definitely stay

the pool have insane a lot of cloro me kids was crying, and the adults we have lot of pain and reactions

which should have been the case as i was departing, only to find that i had been charged for breakfast when it was included

did not like the hotel has not a proper gym, at least more equipment

i had to go back and forth several times to clarify paid breakfast

staff allowing people to eat in pool, chips were floating

6 tables at the pool many ppl just had the personal things on the side of the pool no service for drinks or snacks

the pool was so cold you couldn't go in it

we loved the pool especially the kids with the kids area

love that the kids water park area was next to the big pool so my kids could be playing while i was in the pool

shout out to paola who did really cool arts and crafts and activities with the kids

very noisy all day with that microfone person and music in the pool area

it was so fun exploring all of the many pool areas, restaurants, and hide-a-ways throughout the property

guest cannot eat poolside and must eat in designated eating areas far from the pool

the food was mostly mexican but plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, pancakes and bread for breakfast

pool was not heated and food was prohibited poolside

of all, the pools, it is very embarrassing when they come and tell you, we are not suppose be there

service in pool bar was horrible. hard to get their attention.

food options are very limited, especially in the pool area

liked the pool was fun for my girls,water was clean and we were most of the time in the pool,the food at

pool and on the beach. allow pets!!!! the number one reason we booked!

the bathtub wasn t that clean,and they left only 2 pool towels as the regular bath towels

had a few years on it, but just small maintenance issues, broken gym equipment, pool deck chairs were a bit aged and sitting on them you would feel the frame poking through but
