the hotel has a large gym and the room was spacious.

was in a very convenient area close to the airport… fortunately they had shuttle service, a bug plus

of course the pandemic put a dent in some things like the breakfast and the pool being closed.

i tried doing laundry but my room key didn't open the door to the laundry room

due to covid19 there were no perks like breakfast included, and no access to the gym

there was a laundry basket in the bathroom, which i found convenient for wet towels as opposed to tossing them

terrible, laundry wasn’t working, breakfast shut down, grumpy employee, shower barely worked

no covered parking. but what place does.

room service is ot daily, every alternative day

i wish there was a larger room service menu.

no room service had to ask for towels&etc. thought breakfast choices were expensive

the daily room service is canceled - safety measure due to covid - but this was ok for me - better safe than

decent exercise facilities although there were no cleaning supplies for the gym

has general cafe fare - a good alternative to the restaurants on-site if you are traveling with kids who don't eat much and like exploring more than they like eating

nothing! though, i do wish the coffee bar and gift shop were open longer.

i wish it wasn't raining on our trip so we could have gone to the pool
