did a lot of walking and used uber as well i did see they had carparking under the building used laundry, at the time their one was out of order but used one next door at crimson hotel which was

we only grabbed a few pastries and some fruit as it was busy- and they also had a much needed laundry room

spa didnt work we were told to go next door and use theirs

had to ask for coffee maker, no maid service during covid 19, nor the restaurant/ bar, gym...,

gym was very disappointing

halls had room service trays left out all day long

also very tasty food in second story

time i stayed here and i'd love more time to sit in the garden or use the pool

our family loved the golf

it had an awesome balcony off the golf course

i cant see golf course from 3rd floor

but, the view of water and golf course was my main

seats down outside overlooking the golf coarse

everything, gym, location, tesla chargers, room, cleanliness.

didn’t have a roll away available and they limited the amount of kids/people in the suite when we could have had a roll away and slept two more people

we used the shuttle several times, easy, prompt and courteous staff

the room was clean and had amenities (fridge/wifi/microwave) (-)couldn t log in to the wifi the entire time i was there (+) the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport, guest laundry facilities and wifi (-)you had to log into the wifi everyday rather than it lasting the whole stay. very minor! (-)wifi was nonexistent (*)you are a rewards member, you have to pay for the use of the wifi (-)no wifi in the rooms (-) wifi was terrible (-) no free wifi (this is an essential feature in

we were grateful especially my four kids after being on the plane from nz for 12 hours

the staff was great, the pool was amazing for my small kiddos, the drinks at the pool bar were strong
