spa pool area was very nice but also very noisy because of air conditioners from hotel room running

but when the maid who didn't seem very happy brought up pool towels which we all know are not the same softness or quality as bath towels

the only let down was the bar staff wasn’t super friendly

noise from the pool area was pretty loud, next time we will request a lakeside room and 4th floor due to kids

on bathroom ceiling guests above us sounded like a herd of elephants dancing, probably kids and thin walls

the commotion of downtown and there was plenty to do; enjoying the quiet waterfront, playing glow golf, exploring the grounds and more

great location. pool was busy.

it was just what we needed. pet fee was only $10. everything was very clean. great value!

you can’t beat the view over the golf course and out to the lake and bridge

some of the tree tops from the golf course were trimmed you could get a better view of the bridge

view from our first floor balcony of the bridge and the golf course was lovely

very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the view of the golf course and the water

the staff was wonderful when i asked about the ferry and shuttle to mackinac island

the outdoor is quite relaxing too with a huge seating area in the garden and the pool is temperature-controlled

they also have a shuttle that can take you to the ferry dock which was super nice

there’s no breakfast but the location is great! they have a shuttle service to the ferry!
