when the hotel is full, it can be difficult to get a parking space in the hotel car park.

location near shops beach etc ideal position for us so near to golf course (short drive ) easy waking (+)of the hotel couldn't be better for exploring st annes, right across from the beach, crazy golf (-) we had to leave at 7:45am to play golf (+)location on the seafront and within walking distance of the golf tournament we were attending was good (+)the golf i went to watch

was excellent hotel arranged to serve it early as i was attending ladies open golf championship at royal lytham golf course just ten minutes walk from hotel

cinema/ local swimming pool and crazy golf were also opposite the hotel

as adults we enjoyed the peace but it was frustrating for the kids

the family room was a good size and the arcade room downstairs for the kids was a great idea

the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of blackpool and the bar downstairs is fab to relax in afterwards
