room had a nice kitchen but nothing was supplied for it

decor, dead bugs in the bathroom and kitchenettes torn bed scarf gave a poor impression of the room cleanliness quality and cleaning

kitchenet was a main reason to stay so we could cook and we were very disappointed their was

super nice outdoor pool, clean and good temperature

great staff, pool clean. rooms and bed small for a residents inn. a little older but clean

this is definitely a family friendly place as there’s a pool, mini golf area and basketball area

ground with plenty to do with kids: small area to play mini mini golf or swim or walk

they had an outdoor fireplace and a tub, and if you were in it for golf, no problem

nice resort feel with mini golf, outdoor pool/hot tub, fire pit, and great breakfast.

the sofa was great to watch golf and lounge

pool was terrific and nice and warm

i appreciated the laundry on site

convenient and all the amenities within the room. the complementary breakfast was awesome.

the pool area is lovely with cocktails and a spa

the continental breakfast was generous in its offerings of fruits, fresh baked

the property was stunning and the new spa/gym facilities were very nice

there was also no book in the room to read about services offered, restaurants, room service, emergency procedures

beautiful, well kept grounds along with a relaxing pool area

our adult kids had a room at the back which was much quieter so worth asking for this when booking

the suite was fabulous and kitchen was well equipped

we liked having the small kitchen, especially since it did not include breakfast

better bathroom more kitchen supplies for a suite limited amenities

we could hear kids from upstairs

we had two little kids us and we had to warm up their food that we took

only one filtered water station in the entire property, that too in the gym

the staff welcomed me and my husband along with our two kids (7 & 11) for the happy hour with wine, beer, and sparkling apple cider when most places

it was clean and close to things the kids could do.

very nice bar and restaurant as well

access to gym, 24/7 reception, the heavy locked access door at the front for extra security.

although they didn’t have complimentary breakfast like some hotels, they did have a coffee station in the morning, a water station during

early check in and late check out is a big plus.

for 30 minutes, gave me a crappy room, overcharged the amount for incidentals, forgot to note my late check out

the hotels brick and beam bar was an awesome place to unwind after a long day in san francisco

kids loved the pool - it was heated and warm enough for them on a january winter night

hotel does not have the funky sf decor or games for the kids to play
