only reason i gave this a 9 instead of a 10 is the wifi did not work in our room for devices or the smart tv, and with it being at the end of our trip

parking was good for my motorcycle and they did allow me to park at back of hotel for more security

staff were very accommodating to our schedule which was impacted by golf tee times

the evening bar staff excelled when we returned from a funeral after 9pm & prepared sandwiches for us

very well sound proofed so lots of noise from bar downstairs but not enough to disrupt sleep, shower cubicle could do with a good clean

overall a great place to stop if exploring the moray coast or golf courses

parking on-site was limited as the car park had been taken up with increasing space for outside
