from the staff to the pool and waterslide , restaurant

that room service wasn't always avail.

the waterslide was a blast for my grandson and arcade also the gym

loved the pool, gym and overall scenery

both the restaurant and the bar have excellent service and the food was good

having a small kitchen area and fridge in the room in the heat was perfect

kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, i like the bigger fridge

kids hockey tournament and kids screaming in hallways until after 1 am

the gym and pool are fantastic and the room was very spacious and comfortable

we didn't check out the pool or restaurant so couldn't comment on them

the gym and pool were a bonus, plus the cafe and restaurant

kids and parents hanging out in the hallways...that's what the room is for.

was a noisy wedding and probably kids travelling for a hockey tournament

rooms are big and the pool is nice

pool, golf, basketball court and the breakfast is always restocked

there was a workout room that looked out into a pool area which also included a whirlpool

we all enjoyed the pool as well

right off the 401 close to restaurants and the down town area facilities like the pool and gym were closed but they looked nice

clean close by to everything needed no need to spend extra money to eat out as we had our own lil kitchen

loud kids runing up and down the halls wasnt to nice

staff were grumpy because there were unsupervised kids running around everywhere

did not use fitness center.

bar was terrible

was very friendly, room was clean, you have to book a time slot for the pool because of covid which was ok because we had the pool to ourselves

room service has weird times, you can't really order room service dinner which the kids were

loved the pool, the kids spent 3 hours in it

room service to the pool area was a nice touch, and the outdoor hot tub was great

plenty to do for both kids and adults (even an mma fight one night)

the room had its own kitchen

laundry on-site is also a plus, cost is 2 cad for dryer and same for washing machine

as much as the bed sheets would from more essential laundry

no atm. couldnt do laundry. but no complaints.

little kitchenette to have a snack or drink ( bring your own) will stay again, recommend to others
