very convenient for playing golf at west lancashire

didn't know what to expect but the location to catch a train to the open golf was excellent as it turned out the hotel was great the staff were brilliant the view over

who live in the crosby area as we were looking for a base to goto a wedding in formby hall golf club in the evening

and the bed was very very comfortable the breakfast kept us full up and ready for my daughters golf tournaments on the 3 days

great breakfast, location superb for west lancs golf course

hotel was very clean with a kids play area outside & a lovely decking area overlooking the lake

staff were great with both kids with me

the staff were amazing, very friendly and helped with an early check in

when you have kids, having wifi can be a deal breaker so i was disappointed with this

very friendly and all the staff were extremely cheerful and helpful both at the reception, the bar and the serving staff and really making our stay exceptional

the smart tv was a hit with my kids as could use our logins for our prime and youtube

wifi also free

breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice

the room service is really reasonably priced with big meals that will fill you up for sure

easy to find, great parking. very clean and welcoming. staff are friendly and helpful.
