though the facilities didn’t have much to offer kids, the big green open area next to the pool with lots of bean bags turned out to be great for

the decor is lovely, rooms comfortable, great bar and restaurant, breakfast was excellent, pool lovely, with a great playroom for the children

there is no microwave in room and too high service charge for room service.

we requested, from hot water for coffe to electricity adapter, they do everything here- laundry as well, i will definetly come back if i will need an hotel in lisbon

the room service was very good and always cleaned our room perfectly, even if we liked to leave late in

strong sewage smell on the first floor - the room service missed toilet paper and towels on day 2 ( we passed 2 night) - parking is secure but

lady making the breakfast was very patient, and attentive with us

got a complicated bathtub-box after the first night i got a room for disabled people above the laundry/kitchen area and next to the smoking balcony, with lots of noise and smells

was there for three days, and it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the room service did not clean the room at all on the second day
