the room and breakfast area were extremely clean and staff was very helpful and cordial

a few of the exercise machines in the gym were not working

that it didn t have a hot tub and pool was kinda small

the advertised wifi was weak & spotty at times

there was plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood near downtown

there was no steps or railings to get in & out of spa tub

parking area was a little tight, however it was never inaccessible or flowing beyond its capacity,

the location was a bit difficult to find. the parking was tight.

however, i did enjoy bar in the lobby and the fitness center

room service was very sub standard, not once but entire week stay.

it also took room service a little while to fulfill our requests

the pool area was serene

hotel employee behind the bar is a real pro

gym seemed well-equipped although i did not use during my stay it due to illness

it’s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although i was not able to enjoy that this time

great location, comfortable gorgeous room, coffee bar in the room, friendly staff.

for a few minutes because it was august) i stayed for a week, and they had a good rotation of hot breakfast items available

would have loved some room service but jax was easy to grab for dinner!
