were lovely let us have a early check in as we arrived much earlier room was clean and comfortable would definitely stay

hotel in a lovely quiet location, clean comfy room with all the amenities needed, good on site parking, friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast, what more could you ask for

to find, great location near kenilworth castle close to warwick and leamington spa and pretty close to stratford upon avon

the rooms are modern and well proportioned providing everything you require, the cafe bar and the à la carte restaurant were outstanding and the service was flawless

day we as a family decided to eat in the restaurant but told unable to serve food til after 6pm kids were starving

we had a group of 15 adults and 2 kids and they shifted furniture to fit us in the bar on a saturday night - all with a smile

carrying luggage plus kids was not ideal

room service available on the night of our stay and we were famished but breakfast made up for

bar attached to be open till later than what it was as it s a amazing bar and value for money and

the fact you do kids eat free was such an amazing thing too, and the warm cookies were divine
