there was no way to get from the room to the front desk, pool area, or breakfast area without walking outside and going to the front door

staff there is always very welcoming, and let us know we were welcome to use the pool and attend breakfast, as it is a sister property

swimming pool was closed off to hotel guests because they had a pool party for some kids and then on sunday

was booked with a no cancellation for four adults had medical issues and still had 4 people but 2 kids 14 years old instead

rooms were clean, staff were great, hotel was quiet and complimentary breakfast was great

location was convenient for our purpose. great breakfast, kids had fun in the pool.

blaming my kids were the only ones of color and blamed for making a lot of noise when i got the call they were

small gym, not open 24 hours

floors could have been cleaner and would have appreciated a second bar of soap for the shower
