it had a fitness room with a great weight machine

this hotel charges an arena fee upon check in. the fitness center was unusable

the pool was small and did not have enough chairs

hot / cold breakfast / pool was great and staff were super helpful

i like that they have an indoor pool and a location is closed to worlds of fun

it’s also worth noting that they have a spa onsite, although i was not able to enjoy that this time

room service was very sub standard, not once but entire week stay.

the room we were in was old so could use some fresh paint etc, lobby and restaurant were good the gym was also a little

water pressure in the shower; had to call room service for bottled water; pool was closed

the rooftop pool with an adjacent bar area is nice

we really liked the availability of the complimentary shuttle service to restaurants in the country club plaza area

would have loved some room service but jax was easy to grab for dinner!
