ceiling in swimming pool has some leaks but we had great fun

the spa was not hot, as a matter of fact none of the water was really able to get hot.

the access to the pool, the spa ( sauna ) area was out of order . the restrooms was disgusting.

love that it has a pool, it’s a great way to keep the kids occupied and they also have a sauna for adults which is a plus

given that we were a group of 17 with kids and teenagers, they accommodated us in every way

staff is told to lie to tell you managers are in a meeting the swimming pool outside has chairs and tables from the 70s

pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

we met some friends here and had a great time, the bar was pretty nice and had a live rock band, it was at the entrace of the resort but we were

park busted, closed when open freezing water all kids water park was closed

not secured and partially open when checked and exterior patio door did not lock so we used a bar stool to secure it

,room is outdated bathroom are small toilet was stopped up , water park half the rides was down , golf was under

facilities were mostly closed - arcade was being renovated, no bowling, no mini golf, no one knew any thing about the scheduled daily activities that didn't take place

wish we could have rented a golf cart but for 250$ a day we couldn’t swing it but driving to the town center was just as easy

turned out a large group staying there booked a private party for the bowling, pool and the mini golf so nobody else staying there could not have access to anything which i find very unfair

safety, privacy, clean air, cleanliness of the hotel, late check out,very courteous staff.

noisy heard jumping all morning and the morning staff lady at desk was rude when we asked for a late check out

also we had trouble using the wifi so my kids couldn't watch their tablets

to rent them in i was going to rent it but they didn't have any the wifi was trash as well so my kids was a little unhappy

loved how the rooms are designed with a bedroom obviously but also a separate living room and kitchen

actually smelled nice (rare for any hotel so close to the casino), the suite was huge, bathroom was clean, staff was super friendly, pool was great,

friendly and helpful loved the kiddy pool rooms were nice, very clean we were two adults and two kids (one was in a pack and play) and the room did not feel small or crowded
