staff was friendly, and the shuttle service is great

this gave us two options, the kids are either far from us or my husband and i each sleep in a room and share a bed with the kids

the was hair in the corners & next to the couch … they did comp us breakfast but only like 5 things to choose from only … when someone flushed the toilet above us

modern, clean, good location to visit lake forest, nice breakfast restaurant and staff

the food, coffee bar and cocktails were all exceptional

the bar in the lobby stayed open until midnight (kitchen closed at 10pm) and the drinks were strong and tasty

didn't get my breakfast because their were under staffed for a big group of people and we had to leave by a

they didn’t have streaming tv services on any of their tvs. the gym needs improvement.

even the laundry room and gym were a pleasure to be around and not dirty as others have been
