clean, location, everything new, great breakfast

manager everything is new and clean exceptional location nice amenities, play room, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, etc comfortable rooms

breakfast had plenty of options with slight variations every day

rooms were well laid out and kitchen had the ability to prepare lots of food choices if that was what you desired

the pool area and the bar with a pool table are nice

although the bar appears empty, you can request beer/drinks at the reception and they will serve you

the pool looked nice although i never went in it

they are working towards meal options and regular bar hours for guests, but for now just enjoy the history and relaxed atmosphere

it was a bit expensive for food in the area due to it being a ski/golf resort, but the room was huge and met expectations

the spa was fun and the location was very good.

our stay the pool area was being re-landscaped and it appears that some of the fitness facilities were still

the breakfast was fresh and nutritious

old towels yellowish color coffee machine not working , gym very basic and old you guys need to through these old towels

the room facing the lake and the amenities, pool, hot tub & gym

the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool well maintained

called gym has 2 cycles and in total ~12 meter square limited option on breakfast room cleaning did not

gym & price a bit too high considering we have no bath room mat for the whole stay we were there

the hotel was exceptionally clean, well stocked and had a very cozy swimming pool and lounge area

room was comfortable with a little sink, microwave, sitting table and bar fridge

spa and swimming pool!

the pool waterfall was turned off during the week

what can you do during a pandemic no spa pool lunch dinner restaurant and still it was great

close to golf course

close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

and bar were refurbished nicely

fact that there is no in room refrigerator makes it difficult with kids

it was hard to connect wifi and it looks there are too many users and lacking address

i also liked how parking is in front of your door
