beautiful views from our room, over the golf course

location, fantastic room overlooking golf course and very efficient and friendly staff

clean comfortable exclusive and it had a balcony overlooking the golf course

we love golf so we enjoyed a game

our room was amazing, breakfast fantastic, dinner excellent and the golf course lovely

make a salt and pepper mill available for breakfast

had three children with me and the loved the gym

out in out own section of the accommodation away from the rest, with a small kitchen area and gym facilities

for those who wish there's a gym too

clean i mean it’s lovely i live to move in the rooms are a dream the place has a onsite gym food is in fridge juices milk water i loved this place only problem not there long

the location was beautiful, our room looked out over the golf course

the place had so much character, with stunning views of the gardens and golf course

they also have fantastic looking golf course which sadly we did not have the time to play

for a golf venue there were no balls for the childrens putting green, but was informed that there would

they closed the bar at eight thirty even though they had customers

nice to have a bar downstairs that serves food too for evening meals

bed, well lit in all areas, quiet, easy parking, all good, highly recommended be it just in passing or a longer stay in the area

stay this time ruined by groups of kids running around late into the evening banging on door

parking easy check in cute kids area - this was so welcoming and made us feel the hotel was instantly kids friendly so

meal ordered via room service was pretty bad

telephone system so no room service- not explained when we checked in extremely small bathroom reading light did not work

only issue was that i struggled to connect to the wifi from my room as the signal wasn't great

also i have asked the receptionist to request the room service to clean my room

the hotel was easy to find, albeit my satnav, using the postcode, directed me to the nearby golf club rather than the hotel itself

it was in a lovely country setting, plenty of parking and easy to find

a minor point only - the bar closed at 6pm on the evening/night we were there

breakfast was quickly served and tasty. staff / owner very friendly and helpful

welcome from the manager; good instructions given for finding the room and wifi; bed very comfortable despite the small size of the room - but it was all i needed for one

seating in bar area black leather needs reupholstered fall to floor when you sit

door didnt shut poor staff and guest sat in bar and lobby where freezing

the water pressure was good and the room service excellent

inc wifi is a joke, thought it might have improved after being taken over from ramada.

the sofa was lovely, the large shower was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb, loved the pancake machine

we ate in the bar one evening, which had a good menu selection

kettle and tea facilities in room; lots of storage; good wifi; bar and restaurant downstairs

location was very good and it was good to have parking with easy access to the hotel

we used the pool and spa facilities which were great

the swimming pool was great for both adults and children
