spa tub & fireplace in room

clean, good breakfast, nice welcoming staff and close to my sons soccer tournament in the area

staff very friendly and welcoming spa tub

i stayed for the spa tub. unfortunately while running the water it kept turning brown.

then they changed our room and the spa tub, the whole reason for paying the extra cost, drain wouldn't stay

only chose this location due to the spa bath and it didn’t even work and front desk was not able to help

so close to what seemed like a busy road with our kids

no dining, bar etc

seasawing floor of #7 and the 3 kids upstairs running and pounding for hours into the wee hours

kids were hoping for more sand but at night when the tide was low the beach was beautiful to walk

my kids even want to come back

to find, plenty of parking, greeted on-site and we were able to get into our room a little early

we enjoyed a continental breakfast at our leisure and enjoyed conversing with another couple that was staying at the inn

a bed and breakfast would serve breakfast not a continental breakfast that lesser hotels do, parking was a challenge also if three or more cars are present

shuttle to anywhere within a five mile radius by some great young guys and they would pick you up

there was a couple walking their dog in the corridor, there were multiple people doing laundry etc

my only comment is it would nice to have a swimming pool on property.
