took two of the grandchildren and wanted a property that had an indoor pool

only thing i would change is room service. they do not have it at this hotel.

wifi was problematic

hidden parking and wifi charge didn't included in the booking.

breakfast was good

we were able to do early check in

friendly, clean, comfortable bed dog friendly, breakfast was great, plenty of choices.

guest coin laundry with new and clean machines

shuttle to anywhere within a five mile radius by some great young guys and they would pick you up

pool, hot tub, everything looked clean.

the room was confortable ( fridge, microwave and sink is amazing when you have kids) beds were comfortable and the room was clean

hockey tournament so the halls had kids running around (understandably and they weren’t that loud) and breakfast ran out quickly

my boyfriend like the gym

it did not have a restaurant or bar area. i would have liked that near the fireplace area.

only thing i had an issue with was that the pool was under renovation and it wasn't information included in the booking

needs hot tub in pool area

breakfast , dinner and bar area were very poor , we didn't eat there as there was no atmosphere, it was just a corner of

the pool and hot tub are open which is good, wish we got to use it

proximity to golf course

there was golf card was in the way of check-in

need a visible sign where laundry & ice are, it was a rainy dark night & we had a hard time finding it because it was only on

wish laundry was closer to the office where it could be observed or maybe install a security camera

water pressure in the shower was low. couldn’t get the light in the laundry room to work

spa tub & fireplace in room

great amenities - spa, wellness classes, golf and food

specifically booked a room with a golf course view as my husband is a golf course superintendent on the cape

while my husband and son are platting golf next door , i am enjoying my spa

staff a+; spa and gym a+; restaurant and cock lounge a+

i asked for early check in but they really try hard to honor request

there was a coffee bar and free snacks and the hotel offered beach towels and beach chairs

the staff compt the early check in fee as they had no king room available

so close to what seemed like a busy road with our kids

i think they had kids

kids were hoping for more sand but at night when the tide was low the beach was beautiful to walk

a bed and breakfast would serve breakfast not a continental breakfast that lesser hotels do, parking was a challenge also if three or more cars are present

we enjoyed a continental breakfast at our leisure and enjoyed conversing with another couple that was staying at the inn

we are not bed and breakfast people, but took a chance with this one and are so glad we did

plenty of space off street, safe parking, safe neighborhood easy access in and

the bed was very comfortable and the spa tub and robes were wonderful

didn't use the pool or fitness

great front desk staff! hotel is super clean. breakfast is good.
