that there is no pick up shuttle from o'hare airport

or microwave in our room so i contacted the front desk to ask could i use the fridge for the mini bar and take everything out

the time it took to resolve the situation took me away from spending time at the roof top bar with other family members that came out to celebrate my birthday

we did not eat breakfast but the bar service was great! ample parking was available.

the gym and pool were some of the best i've come across outside of a resort. i'll be back!

(-)section connected to pool area smelled terrible, pool was very cold and hot tub was like warm at best (-)the pool was a bit questionable. the rooms need remodeling. (+)hot tub, pool, free parking, in a nice remote quiet area. (-)cleaned and once i had to argue about that i stayed for 3 whole days never got a chance to get in pool it was over crowded gym over crowded

inside the room everything was clean and there was a mini kitchen without a stove

perfect nearby airport hotel with free shuttle not far away from the blueline train for downtown

the only thing i could honestly say is the pool was quite smaller than it looked pictured and than i'd imagine

catch a pace bus to the station during the day and you can ride to o'hare and catch the airport shuttle back to the hotel every 30 minutes if you don't want to walk in the dark in the evening

have liked to have shuttle service to the convention center, but they only have shuttles to the airport

bar and restaurant hours yet i understand that it's secondary to covid and the work force shortage

the restaurant was not full service, but the delicious food and full bar made up for it.

why charge a room service charge fee plus 20% gratuity. i found that to be excessive.
