room was very modern and there was free tea, coffee, water and wifi

needed 6 chairs in kitchen, couple of fold up chairs so every one could sit as no lounge.

staff particularly in the bar - barman was amazing and made sure our party had a good time after our

breakfast offered is now a buffet with a great choice of both continental and cooked

room was very noisy woke early every morning by laundry or rubbish collection

we all had kids between 1 and 7, which were all accommodated well
