the friendly staff, how clean it was, and my son loved the pool

the breakfast was incredible. the room was classy.

i took a stroll towards the back of the building to find a good size indoor pool with plenty of chairs for lounging, an outdoor patio with fire pit and stone fireplace for

little was provided in the kitchen far as dishes or utensils/cookware

kids loved the pool and nature trail

the pool wasn’t very clean, had a film on top of water morning of 09/03/24.

a kitchen to be able to prepare our own food, and the king suite was the perfect layout for our needs

the restaurant, spa, walking trail, gym were all closed

kitchenette lacked a sink, description said there was a toaster and there was not one

they have a full gymnasium, a great workout gym and many facilities for the camps they operate there

excellent breakfast.

not a big issue for me since i was with my husband, but if you're with a friend, sibling, or have kids with you, it is probably not the ideal door for bathroom privacy

of covid we could not leave our room and use the spa or gym

was able to check out but still use the shuttle a little later in the afternoon to get back to the airport, much appreciated

they offer free shuttle service to the sierra nevada brewery- a must visit if you're in the area

the shuttle bus adds to the convenience of stress free travel

loved the convenience to everything. great restaurant and bar attached to it also.

we were able to get a lot of pool time without it being over crowded

pool was dirty

heated pool was much cooler than expected and after mentioning it discovered it was on the mx repair list

chimney rock village is walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants, coffee, gem mine, mini golf, and the fair (not sure when it’s open)

it's also very close to all the shops in town and next to the mini golf, everything in walking distance

and grandad on were there to trout fish and play golf

pool wasn’t heated

the cottage was amazing and they loved the pool

nice, secluded pool with a view of chimney rock as well

we love staying in the cottages —-very friendly staff and clean pool and cottages

if the pool was little bigger

only complaint was that our room was so close to the maid-housekeeping laundry and office rooms

wifi is very slow and sometimes disappeared.

no laundry. very noisy. not as clean as i d like.

the wifi was kind of spotty while in the room.

room was probably in the highest traffic area of the hotel - next to the ice machine, next to laundry, next to the front desk, and close to the pool

the fitness center was so far away and that you had to walk through the whole hotel to get to it

there is a coffee shop on site and a restaurant with a very interesting menu: a gym and roof top bar are still being renovated from the damage incurred by hurricane helene, but

the golden hour restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar a great location for relaxing with a cocktail

online states a mini bar & room service

we had drinks in the bar each evening. loved the atmosphere -- live music was great.

liked the location, we like the outdoor seating area in the front of the hotel, i enjoyed the fitness room

we would have liked to have room service but we were informed that it is in the works.

band wednesday and thursday night in the bar area was very entertaining
