the hotel didn’t provide the robe that we can use for pool and whirlpool

people upstairs were a little too noisy meaning kids running around at 11pm.

room was large and well equipped with a fireplace, kitchen amenities, large balcony with chairs and table

nice little kitchen area

however, this hotel lacks facilities such as hot springs and gym, etc

dinner i always order room service

the kids were jumping in ( said no jumping, diving or rough housing) and playing

kids were a bit noisy in the main pool

guests who don't have slippers may walk around barefoot and then step into the pool, which raises hygiene concerns

however the adult pool and the pool bar are a little far away

we did not get any wifi connection in our room, although it was advertised to have wifi.

nothing special, the restaurant downstairs was closed and i had been hoping for room service

disgusting stuff left on the chairs, left over onion and garlic in the kitchen drawer, stepped on something sticky on the rug, no facecloths or tissue, and

hair on the sheets, dirty kitchen and bathroom, ripped bath mat, very hard bed

pillows were very heavy and hard. only one mug in kitchen.
