really like the size of the place plenty of parking, quiet at night, even during the day too

wifi kept bugging out, not a big thing but annoying none the less.

the plug for the bathtub didn't work so i had to plug it with a washcloth to bathe my kids

my husband booked the junior suite. the highlight was the amazing shower and spa tub!

the only thing that was disappointing was the heated pool was not open....

no pool. grandkids wanted to swim at night.

we will be back and cant wait to see what comes of the pool area

their pool over looks the ocean and they have a huge game area- chest, badminton, ping pong, mini golf, corn hole

was so much to do to keep the kiddos busy; swimming, badminton, ping pong, mini golf, bikes

beautifully appointed condo rooms, the pool was lovely, i had the best massage of my life at the spa and the staff was amazing

if you are a work out fanatic, their resorts gym is well appointed

'covid' breakfast was as good as you can expect and with an early tee-off time at the golf course, it was great to have the grab-and-go breakfast

with beach frontage, and lots of kids activities including a pool, spa, table tennis and d mini golf

my husband loves to play golf at the really terrific and beautiful golf course in avila

offer us cookies (sitting right behind them and offered to others) never told us about the mini golf or life sized chess

outdoor swimming pool is heated nice and big, the kids had a blast

other than that, room was really spacious - with couch area that could accomodate a few kids

rooms were very nice and clean, staff were great, grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious

facility is a bit smaller but still had a gym and pool area

they have the most flexible pet policy in the area that allows cats

pool is for sitting in only.

it was in a great spot with a very nice dine and bar next to it.
