both beds had stains sheets, the clean bathroom had pubic hair on the new soap bar and on the toilet

was an unexpected charge to my credit card for something from the mini bar

had a suite that had a terrace that leads to the pool

to the corona virus, i decided to book a suite here so that my daughter and i can lounge by the pool

rooms are very large and all have a patio that faces the pool

the on-site bar was open late, which is great for late arrivals

we asked for room service no one came

clean, good service, good breakfast.

bar area did not have enough staff to clear away used plates and glasses

staff at the pool and gym weren't friendly. seemed like they would rather we weren't there.

oh, and the gym was not what i would have expected from such a large hotel

of the reasons i booked this hotel was because it offered a gym

hot tub and pool area could use a little updating.
