the laundry room was awfull, stunk and the washing machine didn’t work properly and left the clothes

it was missing one screw so the seat was hard to maneuver especially that i'm disabled also the pool was not in service it was a disgusting green girl at front desk try to explain that they used

the wifi, while free, was pretty slow (a little less than 1 mb), and there weren't many outlets for (-)wifi didn't work at all (*)a way to control the temperature of my room (it was a decent temp for the most part tho), and the wifi didn't work (literally (-)the wifi was spotty at best. (-)wifi was virtually non existent in my room, which as i was away with work, became a problem (-)wifi connection was terrible, not available for long periods (-)of modern tech no usb plugs wifi is spotty not good for business traveler great for a one night stay or place to stay after a (*) however, the facilities very outdated and old and the wifi does not work at all (-) no breakfast, no room service, no working wifi, you could hear people in the rooms next to you and in the hallway,

seen some ceiling damage in the gym

the restaurant wasn t open and no room service for food yet

staff was courteous and helpful, they even gave us a late check out so we could swim an hour longer
