the only thing i was upset about was the pool not being open they are everywhere

it sounded like they were jumping/ chasing each other around, and it kept waking up myself and my kids

after traveling 9+ hours with 2 kids, we wanted to relax in the hot tub

he helped us know that we can actually have a late checkout and ride in the shuttle bus so it was easier for us to go places in town

the front staff and shuttle drivers was so pleasant and beyond friendly, made my family feel like they were someone

like that there was a pool the gym area was very clean and our room is also very clean and

there appeared to be a downtown shuttle and i think that is very much, added value

courtesy shuttle was fabulous and the drivers were always super nice and helpful with our questions

though the regular restaurant and bar were under construction, the hotel staff created a wonderful atmosphere in the beautiful lobby

room service was available very late in the evening and was very prompt

hotel room is beautiful, the room service superb and the food is excellent too

my breakfast in the restaurant was not good. but the server was very nice.

location in nashville, far enough away from the noise of the honky tonk bar area, but only a couple of blocks walk down to broadway to get to the action/bars

little pricey, especially bar prices, but is an exceptional hotel, so priced accordingly
