planned golf trip with 3 other guys location was close to golf courses that we planned on

the free breakfast and pool. the room was very nice and clean.

curtain was moldy, breakfast staff was not attentive, had to request cups, and there were no biscuits for the sausage

hours for the pool, restaurant and room service (relative to the hours on printed materials in the room) (-)phone in the room would not dial the front desk for room service or front desk we had to call the main number to have the calls connected (-)room service never answered the phone. (-)breakfast and no room service (due to covid restrictions i think (-) we ordered room service, the food was very good but was delivered in to go boxes and bags, plastic (+) room service (+)room service is too expensive to be served in paper boxes. (-)room service in soggy paper boxes (-) had to get from room service and they charged $9 for 2 small bottles (-) room service not available

food and bar were overpriced, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

we were looking forward to swimming before we checked out so that was highly disappointing to the kids

and the gym was open 24 hours

pool was down for maintenance the only time we had an opening in our schedule to swim, but it

expected utensils in the kitchen area

the kitchen area was clean and had a clean full size fridge

laundry area was a joke

not a set time to clean the room on the scheduled day. laundry area could be kept up better.

the on-site laundry room only had 1 working washer and neither dryer heated

there was an indoor pool and exercise room

a jacuzzi would have been nice as well but the pool was warm enough and it

pool was broke and we had little kids coming in so we sent them to a different place.

the pool area hadn't been cleaned and the towels restocked the morning

pool was not warm

pool was clean and so was hotel, staff could not do enough to help you, never stayed at a hotel
