being on the river, pool was nice, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant

not like having to go next door to other motel for check in, pool, and breakfast

there was no way to get from the room to the front desk, pool area, or breakfast area without walking outside and going to the front door

to check in at a different location, if using pool different location, not convenient, dirty hallway, back entrance filthy and not securely

staff there is always very welcoming, and let us know we were welcome to use the pool and attend breakfast, as it is a sister property

the room i was in had a view of the pool which when there was no sun made the window view

any room 237 and up the view was of the pool breakfast had no meats just biscuits eggs gravy no orange or apple

like that they accept pets (with a pet fee) and convenient location

thought the fact that the lady was trying to charge 45 dollars for early check in when a room was available

the washing machine was broken when i needed to do a load. no breakfast due to covid

eat breakfast but did enjoy the friendly staff at the spa facility

then in the morning the bar sink had a leak all over the floor

they had a pool and a spa and the casino of course was right at the entrance so you didn t have to walk far

very clean comfortable rooms! food was tasty at the sports bar and grille! nice hotel!

the spa was also entirely booked out

hot tub wasn't working due to kids of course that was one of the main reasons why i selected this hotel to stay at
