the room was lovely but you could do with a table and 2 chairs if you wanted room service

were abit small for two cots but if travelling without kids it's ideal for a couple to share

charge applied €25, late check out ridiculous, no customer care, complete lack of humility

the girls on reception to the bar and floor staff were so lovely nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay here

the food was really good quality (both breakfast and the bar food)

a problem for us but to make others aware that there is some noise from the bar downstairs as the crowd spills out onto the street at closing time

00 in the morning i get a wake up call and told oh sorry wrong room, asked for late check out and was told 1:30 and house keeping knocking on my door wondering if i m going yet

with a room at the end of the hotel area with view to a very dirty backstreet and a very week wifi signal

i like the way they left me have a late check out of an extra hour

early check in was brilliant, location perfect, didn't have breakfast but lunch and dinner was

front desk was very helpful getting me an early check in. greatly appreciated.

however, the highlight was the food in the bar, it was simply the best bar food we have ever had

pillows - requested fresh ones - television didn t work properly only regular channels - wifi connected services such as netflix etc were unavailable due to previous storms over a month

the room was clean and comfortable, had good wifi, tv, tea/coffee making facilities and a decent shower

wifi was difficult to connect so i didn't bother. tv remote did not work.

we had about 6 days of laundry done for about 72 euros and clothes came back wrinkled, some were inside -out

have been better if there was an earlier check in rather than 3 oclock and room service would have been

and the breakfast is out of this world we felt like we were staying with friends versus an unknown owner

hotel is very clean and peaceful, it has a large free parking area and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable

loved bedroom early check in also a bit of leeway on checkout loved leisure facilities nice breakfast rosie very

unfortunately we didnt get to use the pool

staff at reception were excellent very helpful , breakfast was excellent pleny of choice staff were very efficient getting people

and indoor heated pool, close to town and a short walk from fun-family activities such as mini-golf, an irish

place to stay and play golf in salthill and close to the city but away from eyre sq

the main attractions like the sea, eyre square, the aquarium, crazy golf and the shops and arcades were all within walking distance

parking, adjacent to a beautiful little park, steps from the promenade, the beach and even a golf course

liked everything but would suggest a kids playroom for evening times where they could watch a film or play a few board games

amazing estate near the lake- on the golf- fabulous pullman restaurant

it was a little shocking to hear so many americans there maybe because the property has a golf course

were the pullman restaurant, afternoon high tea, golf, holiday decorations, rooms, the service and the spa

we sat in the lounge by the front desk and looked out on the golf course

breakfast was lovely. swimming pool was great especially the cold water plunge bucket.

games toom, board games, sea views, few meters from coast, kids had a ball in rock pools

laundry bags and hoovers were found in corridors during almost the whole day long in many areas

the breakfast was delicious, fantastic amount of help. waitresses were so kind.
