friendly staff, nice people, clean room, good parking

away thinking there would be somewhere else in fortuna to stay,but after 3 hours of sitting in a bar next door to hotel,i had established that there was not

central location, parking ok. room was clean

we arrive we couldn't find parking and they only let 2 towels

wifi not always available in room - but always available in lobby and public areas

convenient room, clean bathroom, good location, fast wifi

on our outward journey, the hotel staff had recommended that we eat in la togo tapas bar about ten minutes walk away and there we had the best tapas of our two week trip

wifi is not very good

swimming pool closed a little bit early, in my view

only complaint would be the gym was quite small and not enough equipment

the room was clean, the pool was amazing, the bar was great, and the location was so close to the center, shops, and a tram station

would have a spa and menu for evening a bit different to day menu more of a choice

public areas were very nice and the grounds and golf course impeccable

the room was perfect for our needs the golf course was excellent

the noise from the bar next to the hotel was open till 4, so you heard all the noise and cars pulling up to get drugs,

there was wifi in reception but it did not reach my bedroom

the balcony door was squeaky, some noise from the bar underneath

really noisy from bar downstairs, hardly slept for the 2 nights

ideal for children and adults alike, golf course is beautiful and one of the best my brother sampled (he tried more than 4 in the area) (+) we did not play golf so it was for accommodation only (+)clean and good location for golf (+)excellent value for money & great if you want a short break to play golf. appartment is big, has a good air conditioner, a tv, solid kitchen and a coffee machine

her thank you for helping me with luggage and walking down with me to show me where i can park my kids was very happy on the play room i loooove it

kitchen was adequate supplied with utensils

guests checked in later with their kids running and screaming in the play area which was right outside our room after midnight

wifi great and staff helpful

english speaking reception, laundry for 4eur, what can be better

it advertised a laundry but it was a single washing machine so had to wait for it to be vacant.

stay was comfortable. great wifi, nice balcony.

and the wifi was so fast and perfect
