we were greeted by the most friendly staff which helped us with anything we needed from our laundry to getting water and coffee

room service came in bags not on a cart and in silver trays

rates, dusty room, no water dispenser, fridge was only mildly cool, gym not up to competitors level for 4 star

room was nice and clean there isn t any room service and all the restaurants had wait time of 1 to 3 hours

swimming pool, is for kids, and not safe, my two daughters slip and hurt themselves.

had a gorgeous view out of our balcony - was given adjoining rooms which was great for our kids

my kids and i parked our car right by the hotel and were walking distance from the alamo and much more
