i was just disappointed that the pool wasn't opened due to covid 19 but otherwise nice

laundry facilities were out of order and very expensive

laundry didn't have coin exchange, checked out earlier than expected (job ended sooner) didn't

they have a bar that they stock great yet no dinner food but they do have a all you can eat breakfast but at 10

and when i got home, the stink was in all my clothes, dumped my whole suitcase right in the laundry, even the clean stuff and my jacket

close to everything, room was much bigger than i anticipated, had a mini kitchen.

room was spacious and kitchen facilities were perfect for us.

no hot tub, pool looked murky and univiting. breakfast selection could be better.

room was really nice. loved the pool.

breakfast was the best i have had in a hotel

was a basketball competition the same weekend and the kids seemed to be un attended

sounded like their kids were playing in my room early in the morning

that way the hotel can keep kids for abusing the piano and disturbing other guests

the fitness center was nice. the room was large- roomy

the little personal breakfast/ snack bags that were available to just pick up in the lobby, my kids loved

didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but i did order room service for dinner all three nights and it was fabulous

front desk about dirty dishes left in hallway after room service

even when kids were running the halls they stopped it before i could ask them to

there were 6 kids in the pool with no adult supervision

breakfast ala room service was good and lightning fast

i love that they had a guest laundry room on site

breakfast with plenty of seating; perfect location to visit downtown philadelphia, lancaster county

breakfast in morning was good but nothing unusual

staff was cheerful and friendly. gym was a nice to have but needed some mats.

i stay at many hotels throughout the year and this one wins the prize for the best breakfast buffet

mini gym was closed as the equipment was broken

breakfast hours on friday could have gone to 10 if staffing allows

supplies for using the kitchen were meager to say the least

there is nothing to do in the immediate area except for a nice miniature golf course, chip and putt, and driving range

free valet parking (which i did not use) (-)the parking (+) free valet parking so nice in cold weather (-)should be reserved self-parking space for overnight guest (-)parking was full (-) the hotel is a casino so parking at night is extremely limited and far from hotel (-)the parking was confusing (-) self partying was a fairly long walk - this hotel is also a casino and the casino uses the same parking lot (+) free in room wifi and parking (-)parking is not great. hotel check in is not friendly.

the only flaws were no handicap accessability and poolside bar and food truck should be open 7 days a week for the short summer duration at valley beach

breakfast was very good and had everything you might want

having a mini kitchen in the room was ideal

they had dvds at the front desk to choose from for the kids

members, not staying at the hotel, with lots of children come to use the pool

i had to pay for another room in another hotel with kids in tow

the pool i felt needed to be skimmed and the chairs outside were all over

my grandchildren love to swim and the pool size was very accommodating for small children

pool lounge chairs were gross

of the ppl staying there i m sure lived there and they kids be running up and down hall all hours of the nite

lots of restaurants and a casino near by as well as a top golf

clean pool, actually heated.

didn't like the size of the pool towels, they were too small

a microwave needed serving plates need better equipment in the so called gym

toddler i had to let her run around the lobby which wasn't bad until someone left the door to the pool open and she ran in

clean, friendly staff, basketball and mini golf putter for kids

bacon should be a staple at breakfast daily, not on alternating days!

the backyard in-ground pool is nestled in the garden, flanked on the rear by a stunning stone wall
