was great - right in main road but quiet, bbq restaurant and mini golf just down the street

there are some nice restaurants nearby (we ate at the chart room one night), and a cool mini golf course

location, minutes from mini golf and park entrance; nice adirondack chairs on the lawn outside

i was traveling with my wife who i call my spouse; i play golf with my partner

it's so close to acaidia national park, mini golf, ice cream, bbq, and a great little resteraunt that has the best lobster nachos

in the other direction, a small drive, we found mini-golf

lots of room the kids each had a double bed

i only had one flat pillow because the kids each had a bed so they each kept both of their pillows

internet was weak. my kids were streaming.. then i got no bandwidth anymore...

we loved being at a motel much like we remembered as kids! would stay there any time!

the golf course and clubhouse were both outstanding

i do not have any complaints really except that the fitness center could use some mats

room service should have been included in the price

there's a free shuttle and island explorer bus that can take you from your hotel to many areas

were welcoming and helpful, the large lounge area has live piano music every night, they had laundry facilities, a beautiful pool area with a hot tub and sauna, their restaurant the looking

, and the cat ferry to nova scotia and the entrance to acadia national park and a golf course we did not play but was close by

but i’d stay again for the view, the pool and the quiet

there was a free shuttle bus into town every 30 mins which worked really well as car parking was a nightmare

it would have been nice to have a shuttle into down town bar harbor especially considering th eparking situation in town

the saltair inn is within a short walking distance to downtown bar harbor and a 5-10 minute drive through the back entrance of acadia national park to the top of

it was conveniently located in downtown bar harbor near shops and restaurants and the land bridge to bar island

were great, breakfast delicious, rooms spacious with great views

grab bar in shower.

like a b & b but no breakfast

snacks and to go breakfast was a nice you (juice, coffee, yougurt, fruit, muffins etc)

we appreciated the grab and go breakfast

wish there was a continental breakfast available.

know that we can’t cook sea food in the kitchen of the room

to town, excellent breakfast, snacks, wonderful and friendly staff

breakfast was from 8-9:30. my personal preference would be to have breakfast earlier.

one of my favorite amenities is the on-site laundry facility, perfect after days of sweaty and dirty hikes

lobby cozy with a little area with a few things for kids to play while parents relax

needs a small playground or sandbox for kids in please

pool in the yard would have a great for the kids a walk in shower is better than bath tub or a least a safety bar on the bath tub wall

glad they didn't have kids

it could also use a playset for the kids

the morning breakfast really got the day going right

we hiked the next day , the room service style breakfast included in the stay was very appreciated and tasty

daily breakfast for inn guests was consistently delicious

location was perfect,right in downtown and parking on site

no breakfast included (which probably made it cheaper) -- that does not bother me

pool was great. staff very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area.

the pool was great - and we enjoyed the s'mores on tuesday night at the fire pit

king size bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need including a lobster pot, the resort provided dish soap, dish washer

very nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, two balconies with a marvelleous view, tennis court with complimentary rackets

kitchen even had pot large enough to cook our own lobster and we could have live lobster delivered
