clean and comfortable with friendly staff. enjoyable pool and hot tub.

mike in the kitchen made special dishes and made it a point to make sure your food was delicious

that they only had one laundry location

we had a couple drinks in the lobby bar and felt like we were talking to old friends

was filthy - it looked like someone had wiped dirt on it or that it had been bloodied and the laundry department couldn't get the stain out

the room made you feel at home and kitchen utensils are provided. the bed was super comfy.

the room was big enough for the 3 of us and the in room kitchen was fabulous

there was no bathtub in our room, just a shower and with 2 kids that was unexpected but we couldn't choose a bath in booking it seemed

not crowded followed safety lots of sanitizer everywhere parking easy

no mention of pool being closed and the charge for a take our bag to eat breakfast in room

fitness center was perfect for what was needed for only one night

there was a funky smell in the kitchen sink

i love that there is a kitchenette in the room. the view was great. the bed was comfortable.

alexander one of the shuttle drivers was so nice and friendly

we are on first floor close to pool, lobby and it was a bit loud

experience with alexander he said gm how we like being in minnesota and he even talk to the kids

the staff was wonderful. having a shuttle to take us to and from the mall was a huge plus!!

the kids loved the pool area and everything was clean

my kids were happy not many people in the pool area left in uncrowded but lacked a hot tub.

traveling with kids though the noise from the other kids in the hotel did not bother us to much, since we

was clean, the room was comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and great fitness option

pool water was too cold to stay in long enough to enjoy it

didn't like that kids was allowed to run through the hotel hallway and be so loud

there is also a laundry facility available for hotel guests, which is very convenient
