the lobby and breakfast was nice. the daytime staff was very courteous and helpful

the hotel location worked best for my travel needs. the breakfast was also very good.

the sink in the kitchen fell thru the counter but we didnt use it anyway

said it had a fitness room but it was not open due to construction

the laundry room was broken

explained and apologized for no breakfast due to covid- signage very visible for how linens and laundry was being handled during this

their hot tub, pool, breakfast, beds and pillows.

the bar counter where the hot food steamers were on where at chest level and a little difficult to get

daugher and i didn't receive a coupon for the free breakfast

2 year old grandson was upset there was no wading pool

very clean! pool was heated and granddaughters loved it! beds were very comfortable.

only one of the two elevators was working. no ac in the common areas. no ac in the gym.

they didn’t have enough help during the tailgate party on the rooftop and in the evening at the bar or restaurant or in the morning for breakfast

great location to base from stayed in the 1 br suite - separate sitting/living/tv room, and small kitchenette - 3/4 fridge, stovetop, microwave

cocktail menu was not accessible for room service

we loved the restaurant, room service, and the rooftop bar. the staff was exceptional.
