all staff (from room service, restaurant staff, reception to those giving treatments) very helpful, friendly & (-)room was not made up well at all and the restaurant was so busy i could not book room service by phone but had to visit the restaurant to book it which defeated the object (-)ay any point in the night, as i hadn't';t eaten since lunch and didn't know that there was no room service/food available after (-) my evening meal delivered via room service was lukewarm and clearly microwaved

was stiff in the bathroom so the kids struggled and the lock was broken on the bathroom door

a small quibble is when, in the evening, i am sitting quetly having a beer in the bar area the bar person slings empty bottles into the bottle bin with a shocking crash

the staff were super attentive and friendly, even got me some breakfast after it had finished
