easy to travel to golf course

we couldn't use the pool as it was still being cleaned

lovely pool and bar area. pleasant helpful staff.

the breakfast was good

beds are very good at the junior suite! breakfast was good with enough different things to eat!

we arrived we were given a free 30 min use of the hot tub and a free round of drinks at a bar around the corner which were both very good

free drink, but would have been our preference to just get a glass of wine or beer from the hotel bar rather than going to a nearby place

hotel is located in the very heart of sevilla close to amazing tapas bars

a free welcome drink for two in one of the nicest bars in sevilla, just by the cathedral

pool too crowdy. not enough towels available.

staff who also accommodated early check in request spa facilities and hotel ambience were very pleasant plenty of wardrobe

too many kids in the pool.

it was possible to order room service but we didn t do this

nothing really except 'wifi' not available in bedrooms only in lounge and courtyards

asher/dryer ) across the hotel where we could conveniently do our laundry

great roof terrace and bar with lovely pool and good views

rooftop bar is nice

a small rooftop bar pool to cool off in but in the extreme heat while we were there it was just too hot to sit out

wifi is very good

no late check out. pool cold.

continuous noise coming from other rooms until 3am each night

service, very friendly staff, specially with kids (rodrigo was amazing with my daughter)
