the proximity to the racecourse and golf course was fabulous

ever had the staff were so friendly there s a lovely homely feel to it all & lamin on the late bar was so friendly a real asset carnt wait to go back for another

parking was a challenge, there is parking at the rear of the hotel but accessing is difficult

wifi signal wasn t very good, same for tv.

television not able to turn on. fortunately good wifi so was able to watch the news on a tablet.

the staff in the dining room and the bar area were wonderful to work with and the front desk personnel were outstanding

out every night i wanted a bit of peace and quiet after travelling all day, i therefore had room service for dinner, it was good quality, and fairly priced

no signal on phones.only wifi via the hotel.

bar and restaurant seemed to close a little early and checkout was early too in my opinion 10:30

the spa facilities in the room were stunning, such a lovely treat

we tried to order room service for food and was told this service was unavailable at the weekends

no room service at weekends so didn t have time for breakfast

we returned to the hotel after the wedding , there were no bar snacks , room service or anything

was very close to where i was working and it had room service which was a lifesaver as there wasn t much close by for takeaways

had the worst experience possible at this hotel, no free room service even tho we paid 155 for a night, requested vacuum cleaner and bin bags and it took

helpful staff from the receptionist to room service and breakfast

they have recently added ev charging points which is essential now in hotels of this calibre

fabulous dinner served in our suite, nice toiletries , wonderful comfy big bed ,great breakfast and great staff

stay was fabulous as always we have stayed several times in christmas eve just found the new bar very noisy and the staff left the tables

room was large and comfortable but could not get early check in unless fee was paid
