i had to go to work so i couldn't enjoy the pool area

we could bye so for foreign people its tricky if you don't have at least a soap machine near the laundry area

we stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels and said the laundry was closed

early check in. i travel from 3 hours away.

the rooms were very clean, the staff was nice and welcoming, the breakfast was very good

pool was not open due to construction.

the breakfast inclusion also had a wide variety of foods available so there's nothing to complain about

and bathroom were exceptionally clean, spacious, beds were super comfortable and breakfast had a big variety of food, for the entire family to enjoy

there was no coffee maker. no wifi and no do not disturb sign

think of anything not to like but the wifi was down or slow for my laptop the next night

enough parking, tv didn't work, wifi didn't work,weird people hanging out at the entrance, noisey banquet

parking was crowded.

roaches in the rooms. elevators don't work. no laundry room. even though they say it does.

room service forget to lock the door after cleaning no excuse for that. pls look into this.

it was really cold and the heater was not working my kids got really sick after that date.

my kids said the lobby looked like it was the tower of terror in a good way

me 400$ and everyday there were no towels available none of the advertised amenities work no laundry gym cleaning service the entire time no heat in

breakfast ended too early. maybe one more hour extra would be best.

specious rooms love the high ceilings. has a very home feeling. love the breakfast

the kitchen was stocked with essential cookware and utensils

soap wasn’t getting grease off the dishes the kitchen sink faucet water wasn’t hot enough

ended up booking a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for a family of 5 (kids 10, 8 and 2) and there was plenty of room

moreover, the gym is a nice touch however it needs some cleaning materials available inside so that gym goers can

clean, friendly staff, awesome breakfast, super specious rooms, free parking, fast internet.

i enjoyed my stay, but upset that pool wasn't opened while there during my stay, because very hot weather, even humid & would have

this is a big resort more signage to pool and laundry and lobby on corridors entrance ways
