the wifi was not great

the bar was very traditional it was great and the staff and management were great

lots of little touches for kids, the kinder, the crayons and the superb children menu, not just the usual nuggets they get

a friendly staff were always available to help and the bar offered a good collection of food for both dinner and breakfast

would have been nice if the bar / restaurant had been more lively when we got back after the opera at nights

lack of channels in room, only had 4 which would not suit us if we brought the kids

the hotel having it's own car parks, we found parking a little difficult

and walk down two flight of stairs without towels as we had to wait for towels to come back from laundry

wifi connection was not available except for a few hours after arrival

not a great selection of fresh fruit and found the hot breakfast cold.

in addition to a golf course for kids and a children's play area, this hotel has a small pool for children and an

good selection staff were accommodating and the facilities were great the play ground and mini golf was great for the kids also we were late deciding if we wanted to have an evening meal and

the hotel was, love the outdoor area sitting in the sun enjoying the food, great it had mini golf and a playground for my little boy, the man i am presuming is the manger makes the hotel

family facilities, the pool and play parks were a big hit as was the mini golf

loved the mini golf - food was lovely room was spacious & comfortable had a nice dinner too!

liked the food and how they treated the kids, by entertaining them

the hotel and front of staff went above and beyond to look after us, offering a complementary late check out

breakfast cooked to order, wonderful. staff very friendly, beds comfy, will stay again.

hotel my son loves coming here playing the crazy golf going on the go karts but most off all seeing santa claus and going on the train would highly

i m happy, and i could relax, gocarts, an actual cinema with popcorn etc, football pitch, crazy golf, i can t express how great this place is

disappointed the golf course was closed as we have played golf on all our previous visits ?

the view over the golf course from the balcony was picture perfect

room too warm. very disappointed that the golf course had closed. that was our reason for going!

golf course closed - centre light in bedroom too low - only one lift

i was surprised to hear that the golf course was not operable as it seems to be a

helping us after our gps lost it's mind, hauling our suitcases up the stairs and providing many breakfast options

with lots to do, david and laura were very helpful and told us the best places to visit, the kids loved playing with the owners dogs, dogs are very friendly, great garden for the kids to play
