pool was dark at night. pools usually have underwater lights.
staff was nice, good breakfast served in the morning
eliminated the regular breakfast, and that's one of my favorite parts of staying at a holiday inn express
coffee maker in the room didn’t work but had plenty of coffee at breakfast.

the bed pillows were small. wish breakfast hours would have been posted.

the room was gorgeous, the staff is extremely nice, and my kids had a blast in the pool
we missed the cutoff for the free hot breakfast (hours weren't posted) but the staff was polite and accommodating

the pool was a bit on the cold side but we were just excited to enjoy a pool in the winter :)
there is even an indoor pool and hot tub

strong smell of chlorine in pool, door latch lock was broken, room was a little musty when 1st came in room

this time glenn’s cafe waitress was horrible and my 72 dollar breakfast was an hour and a half late and poor quality
we ordered room service but never clean or took it away for 2 days

it would be nice if there was a whirlpool at the swimming pool area
upset the pool was closed due to maintenance, even though i called ahead of time to make sure it was open
hot tub was cold but the pool was hot not sure what's going on there , and they took 20
