room service order was not accurate, but it wasn't noticed until the deliverer was gone

customer service was exemplary: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and car valet staff

we did not avail ourselves of the included breakfast, but looked like a wide variety of options were available

the lady that ran the bar was so helpful and nice and they really did a great job interacting with my kids

he managed to find the laptop and placed it on the shuttle to airport where my daughter waited at the drop off and received the laptop before her

we did not choose to have breakfast at the hotel so i can't comment on that

the evening clerk said we would have grab and go breakfast bags to take with us

great breakfast, clean and spacious rooms

our room was very comfortable, the front desk staff was nice, and the gym had more variety and equipment than i expected

the common area was very nice, with comfortable furniture and highchairs for the kids

desk was happy to help with my questions of what we should do in our spare time, as well as, the kitchen staff at breakfast

airport shuttle service was extremely convenient, the room was clean and the king size bed was comfy

the breakfast crew was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delightful

a microwave in the room but it wasn’t a real problem as they have one accessible in the kitchen which is in the main lobby

the shuttle situation was tight, but i expect they know when the busy hours are for travelers.

hotel with a good fitness center, pool and outdoor patio area

had to be at the airport by 3:00am and this was the only hotel i could find with a shuttle that would transport me that early in the morning

man checking me in suggested i take the rental car back that night to the airport then catch the shuttle back to the hotel
