exchanged bills for laundry but they gave less coins than i gave

the towels did not smell like they were fresh out the laundry and found stray hairs on the towel

pool is closed, construction happening in the rear of the parking lot

allowed a late check out which was very much

no pool or breakfast

when i first booked the hotel online it said it had pool and breakfast available at the hotel, then when we first arrived it came to our attention that

no pool

pool needed to be heated

i think the hotel all around is super cute, the only thing that i feel needs to be updated is the pool

having the shuttle service is great, as i can't walk extensive distances these days

the location, hotel nice, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was very accommodating

it s very cute and has great amenities like a gym and pool

parking lot in the rear of the hotel is really dark and could present danger for guests in the

pool is broke but they do offer another pool at another hotel but i didn t wanna walk down there

we had a few drinks at the wyz bar and the bartender was extremely friendly and attentive and made some delicious creative drinks

we used the pool which was very clean and fully stocked with towels and the grounds were well kept

we also couldn't get our room serviced as expected--again, the staff didn't inform us that it needed to be requested, not

the shower and the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room and kitchenette

we loved the breakfast and the workers were really friendly

close to arena, shuttle, staff very responsive

like that the pool was closed and the gym and no hot breakfast because of the coronavirus everything was

complimentary happy hour. good location. complimentary shuttle.

the cleanliness, location, good breakfast and the airport shuttle.

the kitchen area was worth it

also the trash can of the kitchen it was too small

the fact they have a full kitchen makes the stay so much better, so that my family and i can enjoy home cooked meals as well
